Anray does not employ expensive salesmen or rely on fancy brochures and as such we have smaller overheads and can pass on these savings to you, the customer.

We ask all potential customers to come into the workshop and take a look at the materials we use. You are also welcome to come back during the building of your order to see the quality being built into your furniture.

We also ask that customers come in to be fitted into their suites as different people have different preferences about how they sit on the suite, how hard the foam should be or how hard the back should feel. We can also ensure that your height and weight is taken into account when building your furniture. Our experience has shown that this approach has led to a reduction in back problems for our customers.

The pieces shown below are just a sample of our range and we would welcome any enquiry as we are very flexible around what we can make. In the past we have even created bespoke furniture for narrowboats, caravans, a winnibago and even a plane !

Anray specialises in making furniture of varying sizes. Not just overall length, but inside arm measurements. The measurement between the arns is very important for people who like to sit in an armchair, but find them to be restrictive. Chair arms are usually 20 inches, but our chairs can go up to 30 inches. We make oversize chairs at no extra cost.

We can design a settee, chair or suite to suit you, to your measurements and to your specifications. You may wish to design your own, if so we will help you through every step. You may see something you like but wan to change certain features. We can, of course, do this too.

This is a Knowle settee. The arms are designed to drop down to make a bigger seating area.

This chair is of a very unusual design, but is also extremely comfortable to sit in.

Thisis a traditional settee on legs. Wehave over 50 different types iof legs and can vary the height as well as the look.
The footstool shown here is an average size, but we can make them whatever size suits you.

We call this our Gentleman's chair, but we also do a Ladie's chair which is slightly smaller. The chair is done in a semi-analine leather, but it looks just as good in any other type of material.
